Domestic Relations cases and Juvenile Paternity cases are the two case types heard in Superior Court's Family Court Division.
Domestic Relations cases are heard Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. in Courtroom 126B. Juvenile Paternity cases are heard Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 126B. Summary hearings are scheduled on Fridays, morning and afternoon, and those hearings are held in Courtroom 110.

If you have questions in regards to initiating either a Domestic Relations or Juvenile Paternity case, please contact the Vanderburgh County Clerk's Office, at 812-435-5160.
If you have questions in regards to an existing Domestic Relations or Juvenile Paternity case, please contact the Family Court, Court Reporter, at 812-435-5729.
