Child Support Office
The Child Support Division of the Clerk’s Office is located in room S251.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Phone-812-435-5787
If you have a court order in Vanderburgh County stating you should pay Child Support through the Clerk’s Office or INSCCU, please visit this office to get your case set up. Participants must provide name, address, phone, and social security number for each person in the case. Please remember to keep this information up to date with this office. Once completed, the Child Support staff will discuss policy and procedures with you.
Modify Court Orders:
The Clerk’s office cannot start, stop, increase, or decrease Child Support within the ISETS system without a Court Order. If you do not have an attorney, please refer to www.mychildsupport.in.gov for court forms and instructions.
Payment Methods:
- This office accepts cash only payments.

To inquire about payments by phone, call the KIDSLINE-1-800-840-8757.
Payments can be viewed only online at www.mychildsupport.in.gov.
Printouts of a Payment History can only be obtained in the Child Support office. A photo ID is required. Please check with the clerks about the fee for printouts.
Receiving Child Support:
Child Support will be distributed in one of two ways, either added to a Debit card issued by the State of Indiana or by Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit can be set up in this office. Please bring a photo ID and banking information.

If you need your case enforced, please contact the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s office-812-435-5326.
NOTICE: Due to Federal and State confidentiality laws, this office will discuss each case with only the Participants and/or their attorneys and only in person. Photo ID is required. Participants may also call the State hotline at 1-800-840-8757 to verify recent payments, disbursements, and court order information.
