Commercial Site Review Committee

The Site Review Committee meetings are held every Monday morning and cover the review of newly submitted Commercial Building / Site Development Plans, Multi-Family Residential, changes in Commercial Use, and Minor Subdivisions. 

Overview To file for Site Review:

1. One 24” x 36” printed copy of the site plan and a fully completed application must be submitted to the Area Plan Commission Office with the application fee of $125 (cash, check or credit card w/convenience fee). We can print the 24" x 36" site plan for you but there will be an additional fee of $10 for B&W or $20 for color. Please remember to sign & date page 5.

2. All plans should be submitted by email to SiteReview@evansville.in.gov as a .pdf file with the address & project name in the subject line.

3. The application deadline is on any Monday by 4:30 pm to be heard the following Monday at 10:00 am. All materials must be received by the application deadline to be on the meeting agenda.

4. Someone representing the project must attend the Site Review meeting by conference call at 1-812-436-4556 PIN 8330.
