These rules and regulations were adopted by the Board of Public Works, city of Evansville for the mutual protection of every owner or owners of burial spaces in The Evansville Cemeteries by name, Oak Hill Cemetery and Locust Hill Cemetery, and for all persons who have an interest in the operations of said Cemeteries.
The operation of the Cemeteries is subject also to all applicable ordinances of the city of Evansville, Indiana and laws of the State of Indiana. It is further recognized that these rules and regulations may be amended by the Board of Public Works, city of Evansville from time to time.
