Computer Services works with departments in determining the direct and indirect costs associated with technology acquisition and operation.  This assistance allows the departments to insure that sufficient funding is in place to successfully implement the proposed technology solution and continue its operation.

Budget development would cover all necessary hardware, software, implementation and support and capital costs (third party vendor costs, connectivity costs, etc.).  Computer Services will provide assistance in determining bills of material, scopes of work, budget impact analysis including Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment information.
