Honor Guard
Evansville Firefighters Local 357 Honor Guard was formed in August of 1995.
A few Local 357 Firefighters saw the need of helping ease the grief of family members left behind by the death of one of our Firefighters. Our profession is full of those who dedicate their lives to helping others, sometimes at a high cost to their loved ones. The Honor Guard is not in existence for public performance. Our only purpose is to show respect and honor to the family who paid a price through the years, for their child, parent, or spouse to be a part of this profession. We hope in some small way, the families of our deceased brothers and sisters will take comfort in knowing that we do our best to take care of our own.
