Calling 9-1-1
Tape Requests and CAD Event Requests
To request:
- Tape copies of a 9-1-1 call radio traffic related to an incident
- Print outs of a "Run Card" (the information entered into the computer that dispatchers use to dispatch emergency services)
Simply submit a completed Request for Public Information Form and either mail or fax it to Central Dispatch using the information on the Contact Us page.
Tours
For information about scheduling a tour of Central Dispatch, contact the office manager during business hours.
Employment
All applications must be placed in the City Personnel Office in Administrative Services, Room 203 of the Civic Center.
