Sponsor a tree

Individuals or group, can now memorialize someone, or simply sponsor trees to be planted in public locations within the Evansville city limits.  

The trees come from our own City of Evansville nursery, each tree is typically between five to eight feet tall, and is dependent on the available species.  The cost is $40 per tree, which is paid to the Evansville Parks Foundation.  The funds pay for the tree, labor to plant, and provides for two more trees to be planted back into the nursery for future public plantings. This helps us plant more trees around the city at no cost to the city. 

Sponsored trees will be indicated on a GIS web mapping system with their name or the memorialization included.
