Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve on Evansville's east side off the Lloyd Expressway is an Indiana State Nature Preserve and National Natural Landmark.

It features 200 acres of virgin bottomland hardwood forest and is home to more than 300 species of wildflowers, 150 species of birds and numerous mammals.  

Wesselman Woods offers an interpretive center with classrooms and gift shop. Nearly 6 miles of walking trails are within the old-growth lowland forest.

Wesselman Nature Society manages the facility.
