I want to serve as a City Council appointment on a board or commission. 

As an appointing body, the City Council is always seeking civic-minded residents willing to serve the community as board members or commissioners. 

The City Council appoints members to over 20 local boards and commissions.  If you wish to be considered as a City Council appointee, please complete an online application at www.evansville.in.gov/boards and select “Yes” to the question “Are you applying based on a request from a member of an appointing body?” and type “City Council” in the corresponding box.  Completion of an application is required to be considered.
