Civic Center, Room 314 -- Manages administrative functions for the City Council, downtown parking enforcement and collections, and ordinance violation collections.

The Evansville Land Bank Corp. was formed in 2016 to demolish or rehabilitate dilapidated residential structures acquired through tax foreclosure or other methods, and return them to productive use.
Civic Center Room 316 -- Effective transportation planning requires an organization with a regional focus and the ability to operate independent of city, county or state lines.
The Department of Parks & Recreation coordinates and oversees the operation of 46 parks and 21 recreational facilities encompassing more than 2,500 acres of land in the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
The Evansville-Vanderburgh County Human Relations Commission investigates allegations of discrimination in the areas of employment, housing, education and public accommodations.

Established in June of 2001, this department duties include enforcement of tree ordinance, hazardous tree and tree limb removal, removal of tree debris created by storms, and many more.
The Water Utility operates and maintains the water treatment plant, pump stations and distribution system. The Sewer Utility operates and maintains the wastewater treatment plants, lift stations and overflow structures, purification of wastewater.
