Notice to Bidders - Evansville Land Bank Corp.'s 2024 Demolitions

Notice is hereby given that the Evansville Land Bank Corp. of Evansville, Indiana will seek sealed bids for the demolition of residential structures on properties in the City of Evansville in Vanderburgh County, Indiana in the fall 2024.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 8:30 AM on July 30, 2024 at the Land Bank office, 401 N Main St., Evansville, Indiana. Attendance is mandatory for licensed contractors who desire the opportunity to bid on demolitions in this program.  The Land Bank demolitions will be discussed, and contractors will be provided with information on the operation, guidelines, timetables and other related work.
