City of Evansville Indiana - City Clerk Ordinance Violation Payment Options

Please review the following options to pay your ordinance violation fee.

Citations may be paid by: cash, check, money order or credit card.

Credit Card. You may click the "Pay Now" button below to pay with credit card.  Please keep in mind a 4% convenience fee will be added to your payment.

In-person by cash, check, money order or credit card, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the City Clerk’s Office, Room 314 of the Civic Center Complex located at 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN 47708.

Mail a check or money order to the City Clerk’s Office, Room 314 of the Civic Center Complex located at 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN 47708.  Please do not mail cash.

Drop Box.  Deposit your cash, check or money order in the drop box located in front of the Civic Center Complex at 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN 47708.
