NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Affordable Housing Trust Fund Repairs Round 1
The Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) is seeking a licensed General Contractor to perform general home rehab and repairs as detailed in the (6) Scopes of Work in this bid package.
General contractors can self-perform or have a team of subcontractors to execute the work.

Sealed Bids for the “Affordable Housing Trust Fund Home Repair Round 1” will be received until 1:15 p.m. CDT, on November 14, 2024 at DMD Room 306, or bids may be presented to the Board of Public Works in Room 301, Civic Center Complex until 1:30 p.m. CDT, November 14, 2024.
- Pre-Bid Conference -- Thursday, November 7, 2024, 11:00 AM held at the DMD office in the Civic Center, Room 306
- Bids opened at Board of Public Works -- Thursday, November 14, 2024, 1:30 PM CST
All interested general contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
