Meetings and Agendas Go to the Vanderburgh County Homepage

In order to be placed on the vendor list for the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, a Vendor Information sheet must be filed in the City of Evansville/Vanderburgh County Purchasing Department.  In addition, if your organization wishes to be placed on the Bidder's List, please complete the attached Bid List Application sheet and return it to the address above.  When a need for your products or services arises, we will send you a bid packet or price quotation form.  Vendors applying for the Bidders List must indicate the products and/or services provided by your company.

After being placed on the Bidders List, failure to respond to any Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals, or Requests for Quotations will be understood by the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County to indicate a lack of interest and will result in the removal of the vendor from the Bidders List for the item(s) concerned.

Please notify the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County Purchasing Department immediately of any changes in name, address, telephone number, or changes in personnel listed on the Application or Information Sheet.  Also, please feel free to enclose any catalog, brochures, or price lists regarding your products and/or services.
